Having studied with Udagawa sensei for over three years, I can confidently say that he is the best Japanese teacher anyone could wish for. Since I had a lot of prior experience with language learning, I did not want to take group classes as I expected them to feel too slow for me. Udagawa sensei quickly understood my level and tailors every lesson perfectly to each student. He has an amazingly comprehensive database of video and audio clips for every level, which he draws on to expose students to native speech and to help them learn natural Japanese. His interactive exercises are perfectly suited to Zoom lessons, which saves precious commuting time. He also organises group sessions with other students and native speakers from time to time to help everyone practice. He is clearly a teacher who cares very much for his students, and I would recommend his lessons to anyone.

"I had studied Japanese in the past and started taking lessons with Kazuo sensei after a year and a half long break. I was in a situation where I couldn't just sign up for a beginners course, as it would be too simple, but at the same time, couldn't do anything more advanced as I had forgotten a lot of basic Japanese.
Kazuo sensei has been very helpful and structured the lessons based on my particular needs. His lessons are not only carefully planned and organised but also very enjoyable. In the past, I tried multiple tutors, including one I studied with for 6 months, and although private lessons in general are beneficial, based on my experiences, I can confidently say that Kazuo sensei provides one of the best quality lessons you can get. If you are serious about learning Japanese, I would definitely recommend studying with him.
." . All of the current lessons are on Zoom with a strong focus on individual needs - Business in Japanese, JLPT exam, GCSE or A-Level Japanese. - Kazuo Udagawa (Japanese4all)

Try Zoom lessons

Lessons on zoom

Lessons on zoom can be time-saving and very effective with comprehensive use of data-base-driven application. You can have free trial lessons to see if this is true.

JLPT-test driven lessons

You always have a couple of exercises to reinforce gramar, vocab or listening through some exercises. These exercises are produded to strehthen your weakness and also familiarize yourself with JLPT tests, This test ahs two focuses, accuracy and fluency, so that you are able to develop these two through these practices. When/if you have developed accuracy and fluency, you should bea able to communicate with Japanese people fluenty with an appropriate speed.

Database drive lessons

Most of what you have learned on the lessons are saved on the database so that it is always possible to revise. This should make it possible not to let you forget lesson contents.
Most of the exercises are hand-produced by me to let you challenge. Making mistakes is an important process of learning a new language, so that some of these exercises are intentionally made to find your weakness.
